Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To start an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items that have been personalized or altered are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship the item back to us using the provided return label.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and send you your newly selected item.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

  • The item must be returned untampered with, in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Please ship your product using a registered courier service. 
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items that have been personalized or altered are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship the item back to us using the provided return label.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders within the first 24 hours. Upon which refunds will be returned to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
