Our estimated delivery time is 2 weeks, but it also depends on the place of your purchase. For custom products the delivery time is estimated at 4-6 weeks.

Shipping for all of our products is free of charge. You will have to pay for the customs charges, if any (dependent on the country of purchase)

Yes, all the information you enter on the site is private, and we will never share it with any third party. If incase you see a link to a different site on RFS, then the information you put on that site is not with us, and we can’t guarantee any kind of privacy on that.

You will be charged in USD. However, the amount charged to your card will appear in your card's currency.

You can return the items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on sending your item back to us. Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

Once the order is booked, you can contact our customer service within 24 hours to request any modification.
You can also cancel your order within the first 24 hours. Upon which refunds will be returned to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Yes, we do offer customization options, just go through our contact us page and let us know exactly what you need and we will make sure to deliver it within 4-6 weeks.

Always hang your fur on a broad-shoulder hanger, never a wire hanger. Allow enough space so that your fur is not crushed. Always store your fur garments in cold storage to protect your fur, keeping it from drying out, oxidizing, and prematurely aging your garment.

Give it a good shake to clean out any large particles and dust. If needed, you can gently brush out any tangles or matting with a wide-toothed wired brush. You can also use the hose of your vacuum to gently clean your rug. Don’t use any attachments with beaters.

Natural fur loves airflow. Store it in a cool and dark location, making sure there is enough room between garments for air to circulate and flow through the hide. Do not cover the garment with plastic. This prohibits airflow and can cause the fur to dry out.

Yes, we deal in real fur products. But for people that are interested in imitation products we also carry faux fur products.
