Exclusions to Shipping  

We ship all over the world except countries with sanctions. 

Order Processing and Shipping Time  

Orders in stock are shipped on the same day and take 10 to 14 days to reach your location. However, any custom-made order requires additional time depending on the order, given the production and shipping times. Delivery all over the world is free of cost. 

Shipping to Multiple Locations  

We cannot split up an order to ship items to multiple locations. You must order separately for each shipping address if you need to send items to different addresses.

Changing Your Shipping Address  

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to update the shipping address. Once the order has shipped, no changes can be made.

Shipping to a P.O. Box  

You can ship to a P.O. Box only if you select "Standard Shipping" at checkout. 

International Shipping  

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for orders.

Shipping Locations  

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Eastern Europe. 

Different Billing and Shipping Addresses  

If the "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses differ, the order may be delayed in processing and require additional proof of identification and payment verification.

 Customs Fees  

Customs fees may apply for orders shipping outside of Eastern Europe and will be paid by the customer.

 Late Shipments  

To check the status of your shipment, refer to the confirmation email sent upon shipping.  

If the package is delayed, contact the delivery service for updates. For shipments outside Eastern Europe, consult your local customs office.  

Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Delivery Policy 

We deliver our products to all countries especially UAE, EU, and North America. Shipping is done by a third-party courier service FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS. We keep our delivery time estimated at 2 weeks and if in case there is a customization in the order, the delivery will depend on the level of customization needed and can vary from 3 weeks to 6 weeks. We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
