We offer exchanges for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All exchanges are handled by mail, and every order includes a free return label inside the package.
To begin an exchange, simply contact our customer service team with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for mailing your item using the included label. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped.

If you prefer a refund, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be untampered, unworn, unused, and include all original tags. Returns are completed by mail, and your package comes with a free return label. There are no restocking fees, and refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

· Real Fur Store is not responsible for lost return packages if alternative shipping methods are used.
· Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
· This policy does not apply to items purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. However, please allow for up to 45 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, as bank processing times may vary.
Important Note for Cardholders: No cancellations are allowed once the order is completed. Please ensure that all details are accurate before finalizing your purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.
